Having never planned an event of this magnitude, they walked me (and the whole family) through step-by-step. They were always mindful of the balance between providing an "amazing bar mitzvah" and not breaking the bank.
While they brought most of their vendors to the table and I didn't have to do a thing, they also met seamlessly with, and established working relationships with, outside vendors such as the party space manager, and the MC company which they had not worked with before.
As we continued to work through the planning process, there were a significant amount of moving parts and pieces; not inconsequential was all of the follow-through which they were always on top of. When we were met by an obstacle with the furniture rental, they worked behind the scenes and produced an even better solution and product for the same money!"
